Handmade NY style bagels – plain, topped with sesame or poppy seeds, or with everything bagel seasoning (not easy to find in the UK so I mix my own – this is a blend of poppy seeds, white and black sesame seeds, sea salt, dried garlic and dried onion, a deliciously savoury mix). Made with Shipton Mill organic flour and boiled before baking for maximum chewiness.
Sold by the half dozen. Pick your favourite variety or try a mixed bag containing two sesame, two poppy, and two plain or a seeded mixed bag containing two everything, two poppy, and two sesame.
