Each loaf is generously speckled with my own special everything seasoning blend (black and white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, onion, and sea salt) and Parmesan cheese, and topped with a drizzle of olive oil and even more seeds and cheese for a delicious crunchy, cheesy crust. Like all my breads, this is made with Shipton Mill’s organic, regenerative flour.
Comes as a large loaf, baked in an 800g (2 lb) loaf tin.
