These big lemony cookies are a bit cakier than my normal cookies, which makes them taste just like lemon drizzle cake in cookie form. They’re packed full of lemon zest for a deliciously zingy flavour which is complemented by big creamy chunks of white chocolate.
Each order comes with four cookies.
