These gluten-free ciabatta rolls have a tender, airy crumb, and are the perfect size for making sandwiches, toasting, or whatever else your heart desires.
Each order comes with six large, rustically shaped rolls. These freeze well if they’re too much to eat fresh, though they will still make great toast for a few days after purchase.
Please note that although this product does not contain gluten and I do my best to keep my gluten-free products separate, I do also bake a large number of items containing gluten and only have one oven, so there is a small risk of cross-contamination. I would therefore recommend that this product not be consumed by anyone with an allergy to gluten. Please contact me if you have any questions.
