I offer a number of tray bakes, including brownies and blondies, which can be ordered either as a 20cm (8in) square slab (serves 8-12) or as a large 22cm by 33cm (9x13in) rectangular slab (serves 12-20). Choose from:
Caramel Pretzel Blondies – chewy blondies filled with chopped caramel chocolate bars and crunchy pretzels
Brown Butter Milk Chocolate Chunk Blondies – buttery blondies made extra caramelly with brown butter and filled with milk chocolate chunks
Peanut Butter Bars – chewy peanut butter cookie bars with a thick milk chocolate ganache
Apple Crumble Bars – soft, buttery cake topped with apple compote and a crunchy oat crumble
S’mores Bars – graham cracker flavoured cookie bars sandwiched with milk chocolate and homemade marshmallow cream
Gingerbread Blondies – a deliciously spiced treacley blondie with white chocolate chips and a cinnamon sugar crust
Mint Oreo Brownies – fudgy chocolate brownies layered with Oreos and After Eight mints
Oreo Brownies – fudgy brownies with a crackly crust packed full of Oreo cookies
Scotcheroos (can be made gluten-free or vegan on request, contains peanuts) – crispy peanuty buttery rice cereal bars topped with a thick layer of milk and white chocolate
Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Bars (gluten-free) – deliciously buttery cookie bars loaded with milk chocolate chunks and toasted hazelnuts and sandwiched together with a thick layer of Nutella
Pricing varies as some tray bakes have more expensive ingredients, but 20cm tray bakes range from £13 – £16 and 22cm x 33cm tray bakes range from £26 – £32. Please contact me if you’d like allergy information, as it varies per flavour. I’m happy to send over an ingredient list on request.
To order, please email me at lazybonesbakes@gmail.com and let me know what you’d like and when you would like to collect. I require at least 72 hours notice and due to the nature of my business (it’s just me making everything!) and limited oven capacity, there are some dates I may be unable to do. Once we’ve arranged a collection time, I will then email you an invoice to be paid at least 24 hours prior to your collection date.
